Honestly, when I first started doing this, it made me really uncomfortable. But I figured, if it’s the truth, then it’s the truth. Why be embarrassed about it? People don’t always understand, but if they can’t look past that and still appreciate that you are you, then they aren’t really people that you want to interact with.
